By opening its space to the practice of meditation, the Institute wishes to offer its members a centuries-old and very much alive tradition working for the development of the human being.
Although it is fashionable, it is nevertheless recognized as being profoundly useful for health, intelligence and mental appeasement. Reconnecting with oneself, discovering one's inner world, fighting against stress, finding meaning and taste for things, being alive... all this is the fruit of meditation.
The meditation sessions are open and useful to all. They are led by Mrs. MichÃ¨le Quintin, psychologist, psychotherapist. She runs a psycho-medical centre specialising in stress issues. She is also a long-time collaborator of the Tibetan Institute of Belgium and, in addition to her therapeutic commitment and her role as lecturer and trainer, she regularly gives meditation and yoga workshops.
In 2020-2021 2 series of 5 workshops will take place :
Tuesday afternoons from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm
September 15, October 6, November 10, December 8, 2020 and January 12, 2021
February 9, March 9, April 20, May 11 and June 8, 2021.
